A transformative urban redevelopment project of two full city blocks, this mixed-use destination defines the edge of downtown and offers a vibrant live-work-play experience. The project is a collection of all the activities necessary to create an active thriving downtown, including multi-family housing, retail, commercial offices, restaurants, a hotel, arts and cultural spaces, public gathering spaces, and green space. In addition, the team saved the historic WPA Health Center building, that once provided the first public health services to the community.
