In an unprecedented venture, The Tampa EDITION introduces a truly luxurious lifestyle hotel experience to Tampa, Florida, distinguishing itself as a groundbreaking development in the city's history. Comprised of 172 guestrooms, 30 suites, a distinctive 2,195 sq.ft. penthouse, and an extensive 8,000+ sq.ft. of event space, the hotel showcases sophisticated amenities such as Lilac, a Michelin-starred Mediterranean restaurant by Chef John Fraser, elevated nightlife venues, a rooftop pool and restaurant, as well as an urban sanctuary spa and state-of-the-art fitness center. Designed to promote productivity and collaboration, the meeting spaces span over 8,000 sq.ft., offering panoramic views of Downtown Tampa and the Amalie Arena through floor-to-ceiling windows. The Residences at The Tampa EDITION, a collection of 37 luxurious homes, represent the city's first five-star branded residential development. Crafted by Morris Adjmi and Ian Schrager Company with interiors by Roman and Williams, these homes feature 10-foot ceilings, expansive windows, and terraces providing stunning views of Tampa Bay and the skyline. For relaxation and wellness, the Spa and Fitness Center offer a sanctuary with Venetian plaster walls and a sculptural reception desk crafted from white oak and white stone. Situated in the new 56-acre Water Street Tampa neighborhood, The Tampa EDITION proudly stands in the world's first WELL-certified sustainable community, exemplifying architectural innovation where living, working, and playing seamlessly intertwine. The hotel's strategic location provides immediate access to Tampa's cultural institutions, entertainment, recreation, dining, and shopping — just steps away from Amalie Arena, Sparkman Wharf, Tampa Riverwalk, and the Tampa Convention Center.
