Designed by Design Architect - Marcel Breuer and Robert F. Gatje, Renovation -CallisonRTKL and CP Group.

Originally completed as a Marcel Breuer and Robert F. Gatje–designed office, since 2018 it's been redeveloped as a mixed-use tech campus that includes miles of walk and bike paths around the campus, a cafe, dining hall and ballroom, rentable event spaces, and a walking art exhibit.
